Prodotto ordinato e spedito in giornata. Ho contattato il servizio clienti telefonico gratuito perché il corriere GLS aveva sbagliato recapito. Mi ha risposto Miriam, gentilissima ha contattato immediatamente GLS che mi ha recapitato il pacco il giorno seguente. Tutta la procedura è stata anche riportata via mail. Mi sono trovato benissimo.

Many people have written reviews that say that the customer service is rude, items take months to ship etc. I was scared that I would experience this issues too after ordering a MIDI keyboard from their website. Although it did arrive a couple of days late, its still not "months" as some people say, and it arrived in perfect condition, no damages or anything like that. If you dont wanna order, dont order, but its a legit website.

Beställde en Fender Squier Classic Vibe '60s Jazz Bass och en väska. Beställde på fredag och fick den nästa fredag. Paketspårningen uppdaterades ej på några dagar, det stod att GLS ej hade fått paketet men fått förhandsbokning. Men paketstatus uppdaterades när paketet var i Tyskland (blev lite orolig först när jag trodde att inget hände). Basen låg i sin kartong i en större kartong. Så den kom fram hel. Funkade bra.

Ringrazio Daniele per la professionalità la gentilezza e pazienza, dopo aver ordinato una coppia di MAGNAT TRANSPLUS 1000 mi accorgo di aver ordinato 2 diffusori right, contatto l'assistenza Daniele mi dice come effettuare il reso e se non intendo riordinare come riavere la somma pagata, la merce mi viene consegnata con vari giorni di ritardo (corriere scorbutico) ma alla verifica prima di rifiutare la merce mi accorgo che hanno risolto il problema inviandomi una left e una right, quindi nessun bisogno di fare il reso con grande soddisfazione, conclusione: azienda ultra seria personale qualificato e prezzi imbattibili. grazie di tutto Elpidio
