Ho trovato persino dei pomelli per lo switch che non riuscivo a trovare in nessun altro negozio online. Unica pecca i tempi di consegna, un po’ lunghi. Nel complesso ottima esperienza d’acquisto

I noticed all the bad reviews but ordered anyway (risky, risky). They postponed sending twice but eventually sent it three days later, on a Friday. i received the items, 3 Sportex carp rods, next Wednesday. Because of the delay I emailed (complaint section, not query or support or director mail) them and received an answer the next day and even got mails with updates from that same complaint address. I have had a good experience with Muziker and will try an order again when I need something I cannot get locally from the Netherlands. Cheers!

No problem for my first purchase. I bought a motorbike jacket, ordered the 2020-08-16, sent the 2020-08-17 and received the 2020-08-21 in good condition. EDIT: I am from Belgium.

I write this because when I had payed 3000 EUR for a Digital Piano and did get the message that it was out of stock with no estimated delivery time I was a bit vorried. THEN I checked this site and saw all terrible comments and judgements about this company and I thought that I would never see my money again. BUT. I have got a VERY good support from the company via e-mail. They suggested good alternatives, but since I really wanted THIS piano and they did not know when it will be back in stock I cancelled the order and got my money back without any problems at all. The only reason that I put a four instead of five is that when I first tried to call them I waited for over a half an hour before I hang up and sent an e-mail instead.

I ordered a bike carrier for my car. Unfortunately, as with a lot of places it was out of stock. I was informed quickly and offered my money back or wait. I selected a refund and this was completed promptly. Based on this I trust the firm and use again

Ordered a paddle board, was delivered 5 days early, didn't have a confirmation email to begin with so rang up and talked to a very helpful lady who gave me tracking numbers. Very happy with the service, would use again! UK buyer.

reçu colis dans les temps (Bruxelles, par DPD) pour une Epiphone Toby V, une ampli Orange Crush 25W (bass) et un cable fender. Prix très intéressant. Pas de dégât au matériel même si trous constaté sur le colis de la basse

Ordered a electric unicycle and to be honest i was sceptical because of cheap price and bad reviews but because I had option to pay with Pay Pall I knew I’m covered anyway. I received my order in 5 days with DPD with tracking number, invoice + my gift...i’m so happy with my decision to buy from muziker !!! Thank you guys!!👍

Na het zien van vele teleurstellende beoordelingen was ik een beetje aan het piekeren of ik hier nou een Gibson SG gitaar zal bestellen. Ik ben echter zeer tevreden over mijn aankoop bij Muziker! Mijn pakket werd verwacht binnen 7-10 dagen bezorgd te worden (van Bratislava naar Amsterdam) . Dit duurde tot mijn verbazing maar 5 dagen, ook netjes mails binnen gekregen wanneer het pakket is getekend door het volgende depot incl. Track and Trace codes. Ten slotte via het vertrouwde PostNL bezorgd ... Gitaar in uitstekende conditie zoals beloofd. Erg blij met mijn aankoop en zal niet twijfelen voordat ik hier nog een bestelling plaats.

I am from London UK, I liked the website and prices were also very competitive, but since I found out that this company is not located in the UK but in Bratislava Europe, and this company had mix reviews on Trustpilot UK, I was a bit skeptical and hesitant. The website looked professional, I went with my gut feeling and placed an order for Inmotion V10 unicycle worth over £1000. Guess what exceptional service, it delivered in just 3 working days. Item was brand new sealed. It is working just as expected, all good so far. Very happy with the purchase and delivery service. Not so sure about the communication as I never had a need to contact the company.

I purchased a drone backpack that I couldn't find anywhere else. It was half the RRP and arrived within a couple of days via DPD, with great communication along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use again based on this experience.

Recently purchased a KRK 10S2 Subwoofer from Muziker. To my amazment, I only found out the company was based in Bratislava when I checked the DPD tracker (I'm based in London). Straight away, I checked the reviews to find a mixed bag, thought to myself 'here we go again....' but NO, the sub arrived 4 DAYS EARLIER than the predicted date. It's brand new, as i'd expect, and everything is working as well. Pleasently suprised, don't let the bad reivews get to you!

Colis reçu le jour prévu, aucun souci, livreur sympa. Le seul regret c'est que la guitare que j'ai commandé est un peu en mauvaise état mais sinon RAS.

niveau prix, intéressant, expédition dans les temps, les emballages ne sont pas forcément bien fermés, par contre le transporteur PDP est une calamité, ne trouve pas l'adresse de livraison, ne peut pas téléphoner au client, erreur de tri au dépôt, et le carton est complètement endommagé, voir défoncé.

I bought an acoustic guitar from them for £40 cheaper than anywhere else online, then I read some of the reviews and was sure I’d been mugged off and the guitar would have a fault. But no it came a week later with DPD and is in perfect condition and sounds great. I was very happy but the reviews I read make them seem very hit or miss

Stond een Beetje in dubio om hier te bestellen na alle recensies gelezen te hebben. Uiteindelijk toch gedaan en geen spijt! Had een grote bestelling, zondag besteld en vrijdag erna al keurig verpakt en compleet in huis. Track en trace in het Engels, maar heel nauwkeurig. Hier bestel ik de volgende keer met een gerust hart weer.
