Simply drop this pickup into the soundhole of the guitar and gently tighten the mounting screws until it is firmly mounted to the top. The magnets are encased in elegant and stylish mahogany. The lightweight assembly offers maximum tonal sensitivity. SP-1 has a passive design that reproduces the natural sound of the instrument with no need for a battery. Padding on the upper and lower clamps prevent scratching, cracking, and other damage around the soundhole. A 1/8" to 1/4" cable is included for easy connection to an amplifier or mixer.
