This piano boasts unique sound engines capable of delivering unmatched sonic quality across various sounds, making it a leader in stage pianos. Its SGX-2 engine includes a vast collection of high-quality acoustic pianos with non-looping samples, velocity switching, and realistic damper resonance. It features 13 main pianos, including renowned grand pianos and unique options like the OASYS Piano and M1 Piano, alongside three mono and one midrange-focused piano tones for clear, band-compatible sound.

The EP-1 engine enriches the electric piano experience with a range of vintage sounds and cutting-edge MDS technology for dynamic performance. It also introduces three organ sounds via the CX-3, VOX, and FC-1 engines, recreating classic tones with authentic effects.

The Grandstage X expands its sonic palette with 700 sounds, including the crisp leads and brass from the AL-1 engine and a variety of tones from the HD-1 PCM source. Its design merges vintage and futuristic elements, featuring a solid, aluminum body and smooth, curved sides.
