Some tires are also manufactured with other protective and safety elements (in this design they are suitable for electric bikes).

• Rubber approx. 3 mm thick bumper made of a special compound placed between the tread and the carcass of the tire. Thanks to its properties, it practically prevents the formation of punctures, thus virtually eliminating the risk of a defect.
• ST increases stiffness and strength, reducing rolling resistance while maintaining adhesive properties. To achieve optimal properties, it is applied to the construction of the Long Way at the same time as the reflective tape.
• Increased puncture resistance of the side wall and approx. 2 times longer service life compared to a classic bicycle tire thanks to the 29 TPI carcass, reinforced sidewalls and Optimal compound.

OC - Optimal mixture:

• A compound with increased wear resistance, designed for middle-class bicycle tires.
